So, I’m an experienced serial goal driven optimist. No – I’m not a type A personality because I have a sense of humour! I have learned through success and failure how to get the best out of myself and stay on track.

From all of my own experiences and the experiences of my clients, I found one common trait that underpinned every goal we set out to do… And that is having the Energy to do it (plus it being in tune with our values). Energy is the driver of motivation and productivity in work and home life. It is the gold within us.

Consequently, I created the 360 Journal app (a hard slog for a non techie person) which is designed to reduce stress and boost energy. Energy is an antidote to stress! Energy is boosted primarily in three ways: exercise, sleep and nutrition. Energy is my A game.

Bottom line – we can do nothing without energy or feeling energised. It is life changing!

I love coaching and speaking about Energy. I’ve experienced what it is like to be flat out drained and miserable (my second book Trawled explains this story).

Every person/ group/ organisation can thrive with small improvements in their energy. It is the starting point for all change because without it, nothing happens.

Btw – I wasn’t always a coach… I have eight years marketing experience in FMCG. And I launched and sold a successful SME after thirteen years in business. All told, I’ve picked up quite a bit of life experience along the way…

My Vision

My ongoing Goal is to continue being a happy and successful person.

Having had a few bumps along the way in life and business has allowed me to gather a lot of ‘life experience’. This leaves me well placed to understand resilience, the importance of keeping my energy high and how setting Goals and making changes to achieve those Goals can have a very positive impact on the life we live.
